Buy the plan of your choice in just a few clicks.
Use our calculator to select the plan that best suits your needs. Enter the number of candidates and the tests they will be required to complete. You’ll be given the number of credits needed to administer your tests. Complete payment by credit card via PayPal’s secure payment platform.

Invite your candidates to complete their tests.
Insert email addresses and select the tests your candidates need to complete. It’s that easy! You have several candidates! Just copy and paste the list, and the solution does the work for you. Candidates receive an email for each test, and no password is required to start the tests.

General information
There’s no lengthy initial setup or training process with Zmartests. Simply create an account, select your package and start sending invitations. You can choose from our library of predefined tests, or contact us for customized tests.
The Zmartests platform is available in English and French (Canadian) for both the administrators and the candidates. Test administrators can define their preferred language and specify in which language candidates can complete their tests.
The default tests activated in new accounts are adaptive tests (CAT). In other words, they automatically adapt to the level of the person taking the test. The duration of tests varies according to the type of test. For example, the maximum duration of a typing speed test is 12 minutes, while that of a writing test is 45 minutes. In general, for Microsoft Office and linguistic tests, test duration varies from 40 to 60 minutes.
The Zmartests platform is available 24/7. Your candidates can complete their tests at the time of their choosing. Candidate support is available 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm EST.
Your candidates can complete their tests using a Windows or Mac computer and an up-to-date version of the Chrome or Edge browsers.
For all tests (with the exception of writing tests), results are sent to you as soon as a test is completed. You can choose whether or not to receive an email notification, and specify to which email address the notification should be sent. For writing tests, results are sent to you within 48 working hours of test completion.
Test results are not automatically communicated to candidates upon completion of a test. There are options available for test administrators who wish to share results with their candidates.
Absolutely! You are completely in control of who can administer tests and view reports. There is no additional charge for adding users.
